  • Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before checkout. If there is an issue with your order, reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Every ritual takes time. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be handcrafted, packaged, and kissed by the power of the moon before shipping. You'll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on its way.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your cart carefully before checking out to ensure accuracy in your selections.

  • We ship via USPS. Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the postal service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim or locating your item.

  • At this time, we are not offering custom scents or product alterations. online. This curation will only be available at pop-ups and vending events. Our product line is curated with deep care and intentionality, each item is crafted with ritual, balance, and purpose.

  • Our products are made with natural, skin-loving ingredients, but every body is unique. Please patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitivities.
